The website is informational in nature — actual rental agreements are concluded directly between the customer and Happy Rent Phuket via WhatsApp or Telegram prior to vehicle handover.

3. Booking and rental

Rental conditions, including deposit amounts, insurance coverage, fuel policy, damage liability and permitted areas of use, are agreed upon at the time of vehicle handover. Key standard conditions:

• No driving licence required for scooter rental; a driving licence is required for car rental.
• A refundable cash deposit of 4,000–5,000 THB is required at handover.
• Medical insurance for driver and passenger (up to 30,000 THB) is included in every rental.
• Renter is responsible for traffic fines, fuel and damage beyond normal wear.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Permitted use of this website
